- In stage one, we will have a phone call and talk for about 10-15 minutes at a time that works best for you. You can ask questions, we will explain the role in more detail and we can discuss your career aims;

- Eventually, we’ll invite you to visit one of our kindergartens, which will give you the chance to talk to the colleagues you will be supporting in the future.
